Starting to hear quite a few people saying they ordered something and havent received it yet. Might be an issue you want to address rad chops. I was considering ordering something large from you, but I feel a bit apprehensive doing so now.

The folks at Rad told me the amount of time it takes for the US buyers to receive their product is taking a little bit longer. They think it has something to do with customs. What usually takes two weeks has been taking about three.

Just thought I would pass that along in case anyone was wondering...

Seems to be the UK as well, being thats where Challs located.

Has anyone had any updates on their order status? It's been 3 weeks now, since my order was shipped(the 23rd of Sept I was told).

I emailed rad chops last night. Lets see if he responds in a timely manner.

i told him he needs to address this thread and the fact he has upset customers who havent received what they have paid for.

I've had an update. Last week since my package was still MIA, I spoke with "Mr. Radcarton" via email. He assured me my order was being remade and sent a pic as confirmation(sort of). Email had apologies, and all that sort of stuff.
Now the waiting game... again! I informed EG of this a few days ago.
Yesterday, I sent an email checking to see if the 2nd order had been shipped and if there was a tracking number for me. I also told him that I don't mind paying a little extra if I can get express shipping of some sort.

The worst part is I have people waiting on parts of my order.

While you did tell me this, he has failed to respond to my emails..... And he has failed to contact anyone else about the items.

Seems he needs a disclaimer that reads: I do this in my spare time, and will get to orders when I can.

What he is doing is getting a bad name here for not being reliable and failing to keep a line of communication open with customers. You ought to see how many people view this daily, and I kind of doubt they will be potential customers in the future. A man is as only as good as his word IMHO.

Oh, I completely agree, EG. I just want to fill people in on the situation from my end. I'm not defending the lack of good customer service by any means.

Has anyone still not received there products ?

This vendor has failed to reply back to any of my emails and this vendor area will be brought up for review to be closed if the vendor doesnt contact me back prior to Dec 3rd.

I received my order. Sometime around the 9th of Sept I believe. RadCarton had shipped a second order, priority shipping to me. Took about two weeks(I think).

In that contest awhile back, I won second place and still have not received my prize... Apparently it was shipped Monday August 15th
