What do you guys think? I will add the actual link but will list the parts here

CPU- Intel Core i7-2600K (Sticking with 2600K will not go with i5 I enjoy the hyper threading and the boost in multi-threaded performance)

PSU-Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-750W

GPU-MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III PE/OC GeForce GTX 570

RAM-G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

CASE-COOLER MASTER Storm Scout Mid Tower Case

CPU COOLER-Thermaltake Frio

OPTICAL DRIVE-LG Black 12X BD-R with LightScribe

HDD-SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM

MOTHERBOARD-MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67

I already have a keyboard, speakers, monitor, and mouse

Here is the link- http://secure.newegg...Number=24898748

Also, I don't plan on using water cooling and Also, I still am not fond of SSD's at this point. Until they drop in price and become cheap like HDD's I will not purchase one unless absolutely necessary, I really don't care of boot up performance.

But, how does it look now? Also, any tips on building the pc without problems? This is actually my fist build from scratch. I have updated my video card, put a new layer of thermal paste, changed fans, ram, and HDD"s but have not started from all new parts. Any tips for it going smoothly without problems. I already plan on building it on a flat static free surface and using a grounding strap, but the last thing I need, is for something to fail or break something to send parts back unless they are defective on arrival.

Would be great to hear what you guys think. Thanks

nice build
as an advice i'd take some famous brand memory (and this for the waranty)
and you should be short with OS/games/movies/music/downloads with that 1tb drive...

rest is okay to me. that videocard would kick ***BAD***.

and at this point why not take something cheaper than this case.

Your build looks good, although you may wanna bulk up on PSU a bit more just in case you decide to upgrade GPU later, since that CPU/board setup will easily last you 2+ years of sustained great performance in games etc. I personally recommend Corsair for PSU Brand... however, for the RAM, G.Skill is the best bang for buck on the market, I love my RAM.

Great setup though, you should be very happy with it. Get a decent cooler for that 2600k and you'll be pushing at least 4.4GHz easy.

If you have over $300 left to spend invest in a watercooling loop from XSPC or a atleast a better case.

CPU- Intel Core i7-2600K

PSU-CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX850 V2 850W Semi Modular $129.99 take $40 due to combo with 570, this will give much better future-proofing

GPU-MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III PE/OC GeForce GTX 570

RAM-CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile $49

CASE-COOLER MASTER Storm Scout Mid Tower Case or RC960 II Advanced, better case imo but it's personal choice

CPU COOLER-Thermaltake Frio or Hyper 212+ $26 (save money for SSD)

OPTICAL DRIVE-LG Black 12X BD-R with LightScribe

HDD-SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM

SSD - Vertex 3 120GB for OS and favourite games etc. (totally optional)

MOTHERBOARD - ASUS P8P67 Rev 3.0

With combos and free $50 game total = $1,368.90

Windows 7 HP 64 adds $99.

Your original spec is great, above is what I would change a bit and I would add the 120GB SSD for much faster load times.
I much prefer the ASUS boards to the MSI for Sandy Bridge however prices are very similar.
You get a 120GB SSD, better case and a better PSU for only $100 more than your original spec!
If you don't need the SSD then my build will save you another $100 on the original one you posted and still be better :)

Good Luck

EDIT: Didn't see you had the BD drive on there, you don't really need one unless you have to copy data to BD discs for some reason otherwise I wouldn't bother, heck I don't even have internal optical drives any more.
Still if you really need one then get it, still under the budget :)
