First, in all honesty keeping the PC community alive and thriving from whatever exploits or advancements I can produce is far more rewarding to me than perusing legal matters that offer no advantage for me. I have a great job, if the PC industry was a means of revenue for me, it would be a different story. This is a hobby first and foremost, no matter how closely professional my work is reflected. With that said, I let sleeping dogs lie on matters such as the previously mentioned.
@thinktwice: Having manufactures test an operating system side “alteration” such as mine is asking a lot. Therefore, I am limited based on feedback from users such as you. Theoretically, you would think advancements seen in my tutorial would offer insight to a competing company, but realistically, they are more interested in hardware progression. As such, accomplishing the same instruction via a Solid Sate Drive (hybrid), no matter how it is discovered, is far more beneficial to a company such as OCZ. After communicating with other SSD users, there is only a small percentage utilizing your specific drive (that I can find), so isolation and repetition of your configuration is quite difficult. Key differences between the Vertex 3’s controlling instruction under RAID 0, in which the tutorial is based on, and your Samsung device is night and day when observing device operation, therefore I would need to account for these changes and accommodate. I will be compiling a compatibility list sometime in the near future that will consist of “problematic” hardware configurations rather than those known to function correctly. It is my belief from the information gathered that AHCI is a culprit with single drives aligned with a slave, as this SATA operation is a designed for a single device (non-RAID), and the additional HDD is throwing off both the Solid Sate’s, and the hard Drive’s standard instruction. I will devise a workaround, but it may take some time. In the meantime, I suggest utilizing your SSD as designated OS, and simply using the HDD for storage, similarly to your current configuration. The absence of the alignment process is eliminating the SSD to SSD instruction, and currently the AHCI is limiting bandwidth as it is confused by the presence of the hard disk device. In short, your Solid Sate is becoming actively affected by the limitations of the HDD read/writes (spin). You should for me, connect your HDD activity sensor, as I will almost guarantee 100% activity due to the AHCI. If you could verify this through the sensor it will give me a much greater starting point in resolving the issue directly.
Thank you and I apologize for the inconvenience. My limited access to the plethora of hardware combinations out there leaves me at a great disadvantage when troubleshooting various scenarios/configurations. I cannot possibly foresee all variables past/present/future, but with your help and the help of others I can produce far more accurate solutions.
I appreciate all of the positive feedback and compliments, and I will continue to produce articles such as this, inclusive of the upcoming Windows 8 platform; with time allowing of course, as I am more frequently busy with my life away from the keyboard than I am in contact with it.

thnx for the response Hooks. I have connected hdd sensor to the motherboard and i can assure you that when i load games from PC Games folder only the HDD is working not the ssd, i also can hear the hdd because is louder then the ssd when its working so i can confirm that the hdd is working 100% usage.
When i bought my ssd i had more then 10 minutes arguments with the seller from where i bought the ssd and he convinsed me in some way that my current samsung 830 is faster and more reliable then vertex 3 or corsair gt series with sandforce controller and it did slightly cost me more. In fact i was not aiming to follow your tutorial of unlimited storage until i realized how fast my ssd was filled with games win installation and some needed apps, so i thought i could give it a try but if i new that before i wouldn't have purchased my current Samsung 830 ssd that i have currently. Anyways thanks for the help. I might in the future buy another one and raid 0 them when i'll upgrade my motherboard to sataIII connection so i can benefit more from read/write speeds and ofcourse 120gb for me will be more then enough to install some games and app and still have enough room left on the ssds.
I really apriciate your help. If you find seomething in the future about my issue would be nice of you to inform me. Chears Twice
