For some reason I have been getting some weird lag in some games. When I try to play Crysis I get unplayable lag (1fps) and it happens in Crysis Warhead to although only when I load up a level not my save. This only started happening recently. Also in BF3 I get lag when I turn around fast. I've only noticed this since getting a second GTX 275 for SLI. Help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Nvidia drivers let you do a clean instal, just use the advanced install thingy and select clean instal.

I would have to ask, what is your CPU.
Using Left over CPU coolers to keep phones cool since 2012.

just an FYI - the clean install option on the NV drivers is not the same as a clean install via the driversweeper/safe mode method.

Selecting clean install simply wipes profile configurations stored in the drivers (used to be nvapps.xml but I believe it is now something different)

If you want to save yourself the time of doing the reinstall, you can emulate this exact "clean install" method by opening up NVinspector and returning all the profiles to their default values for that driver set.
Wisest is he who knows he knows nothing
