I have 6gb of RAM installed and until recently windows recognized this. Now for whatever reason and I'm not sure when it happened but it only recognizes 4gb. I have no idea what the problem is, help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Try taking all the RAM out and putting it back in again (this worked for me once), failing that try taking the RAM out one stick at a timeand seeing which one is faulty. Or just swapping all the RAM around in the slots until they work.

It may be a mainboard issue, i had the same problem on my M2n72-d.

It can still be a cause. Mine resolved itself and then the ram fried. Better safe than sorry really.
