This is not my fix it belngs to kimofil. It takes no more than 1 min to do.
This works for driver 263.09 i haven't tested any others.
First create a a new document.txt and add the following into it.
Setting ID_0x00a06946 = 0x084000f5
Setting ID_0x1033cec1 = 0x00000003
Setting ID_0x1033cec2 = 0x00000002
Setting ID_0x1033dcd2 = 0x00000004
Setting ID_0x1033dcd3 = 0x00000004
Setting ID_0x1095def8 = 0x02c00005
Setting ID_0x209746c1 = 0x04280001
Setting ID_0x20ebd7b8 = 0x00000020
Then close and save the txt name it something so you can remember what it is.
Then download this sli profile tool.
Run it and choose import profile point i to the .txt and thats it nearly done.
Next you need to find the appdata folder its a hidden folder. inside that folder go to local then find futuremark_corparation,
inside there will be a user.cfg
Open this with notepad and search for this below
<setting name="GpuCount" serializeAs="String">
and change thevalue to the number of cards in your system mine is 2 as you can see, then close this file and save.
Enjoy sli for 3dmark11

Why should I turn off tessellation in order to level the playing field? Why should I confine my tests to DX10? Fanboys already demand that nVidia users turn off PhysX for "comparability". Now tessellation too?
At what point do you stop and consider that instead of leveling the playing field you're just dumbing down one product so that you can feel better about your own?
